Situated on the fellside in Martindale, a totally unspoilt part of England’s Lake District on the South side of Ullswater. A quiet area even in the height of summer, but only 25 minutes from M6.

Traditional stone and slate exterior dating from 1756. Restored in 1997 with simple and thoughtfully designed interior - perfect for 2 people. Bright and airy in summer; warm and very cosy in cold weather, with a powerful wood burning stove. Extremely comfortable and easy to run....
