Set in the very heart of the lovely unspoilt coastal village of Heacham is this privately owned and delightfully presented popular holiday cottage offering top quality self catering accommodation and sleeping up to 4 guests. Notable for being the home of Norfolk Lavender and surrounding lavender fields, Heacham is also well known for its associations with Pocohontas. The village lies just 2 miles south of the popular tourist resort of Hunstanton and the long stretches of golden sandy beaches of Old Hunstanton, Holme, Thornham, Brancaster etc for which North Norfolk is so well known are just around the corner. The area is also well known to bird watchers and the RSPB’s reserves at the neighbouring villages of Snettisham (also famous for being the finding place of Boadicaea's golden torcs) and a little further round the coast at Titchwell, attract many visitors all year round.

Tawny Cottage is a pretty cottage in a quiet south facing terrace, built in 1845 of carrstone which is typical of the area.
