The picturesque village of Blagdon nestles between the Mendip Hills and Blagdon Lake, ideally situated for anyone wanting to explore the lovely cities of Bristol, Bath and Wells - all within a short distance - as well as other interesting places of interest closeby such as Cheddar, Clevedon, Wookey Hole, Weston-Super-Mare etc.

The cottage has been fully modernised but retains many original features such as original flagstone floor, original fireplace and exposed beams. On the ground floor is the lounge, with woodburner, and a separate kitchen. From the kitchen a concealed staircase leads to the bedroom and en suite bathroom. Outside is a private patio - with table and chairs and a variety of tubs with flowers and shrubs. Off the patio is a small outbuilding with washing machine and room to store bikes, walking/fishing equipment.
