Set in the heart of the farm, Cutlar's Lodge is only about a 15-minute walk away from the rocky sea shore. The walk winds down a steep slope through ancient woodland. There are lots of rock pools to explore. There are several sandy beaches within a 30 minute drive of Orroland. The cottage has its own attractive garden, which is fully enclosed for children and dogs. Garden furniture and a BBQ ensure you can make best use of the garden and sea views.
The accommodation comprises 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, dining room with open fire, sitting room with open fire, fitted kitchen very well equipped, simple games room and garden furniture with BBQ. The holiday cottage has oil-fired central heating throughout with log fires in both the dining room and sitting room. Logs are supplied at no additional charge.

The accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms sleeping 7 people, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room, large sitting room with open fire, large kitchen with dishwasher, games room, TV, video & HiFi / CD player, fully enclosed courtyard for dogs and children. The cottage has oil-fired central heating throughout, and a log fire in the sitting room. Logs are supplied.
The cottage is a short walk (or drive) away from the private loch and pavilion. Fly fishing for stocked Rainbow trout is available in the loch (£20.00 per rod per week) with use of the rowing boat. The mown grounds around the loch and Pavilion are available for all our guests. There is a large gas Barbecue in the Pavilion.
