Convenient for Valley (2m), Trearddur Bay (1m), Rhoscolyn (1m), Rhosneigr (4m) and entire glorious Anglesey coastline including South Stack lighthouse (3m) RSPB (3m) and Dublin (Daily HSS 45 mins). It is only a short journey across Anglesey to Caernarvon, Bangor and Snowdonia which can be clearly seen from the house on clear mornings.
Bryn Ffysiwn : The cottage offers 2 lounges, 2 large double bedrooms, a family room with a double and single bed and a twin room. There is an additional bed on the landing, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, utility room, open plan living / dining/kitchen area, utility room as well as a large entrance hallway. Secure walled garden. The house has Sky TV in both lounges as well as WiFi which reaches throughout the house and garden. Open coal fire in smaller of the lounges - fuel provided.
Access along the A55 is excellent and the cottage is within easy travelling time of the great conurbations of the North West of England as well as North Wales. There are good transport links with the rest of the UK. There are excellent train services to Holyhead and Valley.

Designer fabrics have been used throughout to enhance the existing arts and crafts interior complemented by parquet, rugs and flag flooring on the ground floor and carpeting in the bedrooms upstairs.
Downstairs there is a wet room perfect for coming straight off the beach and upstairs a large bathroom with ample hot water and very efficient central heating. Every bedroom has a view of the sea but one which looks out over the walled garden which has mature shrubs and lawn and is sheltered and secluded.
There is parking within the walled garden and in the private cul de sac outside. Beach towels, bed linen, napkins, tea towels etc, coal and logs and a clean before and your stay are included in the cost.
Rhosneigr is a great village for good food, good walks and bucket and spade holidays as well as water sports and a base for venturing further afield.
