The cottage takes its name from the romantic sounding 'Ticklepenny Lock' on the Louth Navigation Canal, and the waterway can be seen out of the windows at the back of the holiday home. The view from the front of the cottage is open countryside to the Lincolnshire Wolds.
The holiday accommodation comprises of a well equipped galley kitchen, with electric oven and a microwave. The dining and lounge area is an L shaped room, with LCD/Digital television with DVD player.
