Waking up to harbour views and watching the boats sail out is a pleasure, but our favourite part of the day is sunset. If you're lucky you'll see stunning pink and orange skies. You can sit in the window and have sundown drinks or dinner or pop out locally to the Michelin starred Elephant next door or 2 doors left to the No7 Fish Bistro. There are many more restaurants and bars on Torwood street also. The South West Coast Path passes our door and you can take a scenic walk to Meadfoot Beach or walk by the sea to Torre Abbey Sands all the way to charming Cockington Village.
If you are driving we suggest you purchase a weekly parking permit from Torbay Council prior to arrival. Costs under £30 for the week and not only means you have secure parking at the Living Coasts car park opposite the flat but at all local beaches where there are council car parks. Rose cottage is one of four two bedroom cottages, it has on the first floor, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, shower room with WC and hand basin. On the ground floor a comfortable open plan sitting room and dining room, with free view TV and DVD player. Galley style kitchen with fridge/ freezer, full size electric oven, microwave oven, and a full range of dishes and pans, cutlery, glass wear and crockery. Because we like you to feel at home, we provide all your linen for use in the cottage, bed linen, towels, tea towels and shower mat, please bring your own towels for the beach and pool. Free WIFI too!
CHILDREN
At no extra cost we can provide you with a cot, high chair, baby bath, stair gate, cot side for a bed. Wendy House in the garden, with a selection of toys. Discount vouchers for days out.
