Much of the furniture is antique and blends in completely with the cottage atmosphere. All the cottages have been created to provide peace and tranquillity in a rural environment, hence all the sitting rooms and bedrooms overlook the gardens.

Sedgeberrow is a thriving village with a lovely pub serving excellent home-cooked food; a village-shop selling provisions, local meat and produce; and a lovely church all within 200yds of the cottages.
Moat Path sleeps up to 6 guests plus cots and is very spacious. It has accommodation suitable for both old and young - children love their own 'suite' upstairs, whilst others may prefer to use the ground floor only. The accommodation is as follows:
Ground Floor - entrance hall, cloak room, double, twin, bathroom with shower-over-bath, cloakroom, kitchen (fully equipped for those who like cooking!) with breakfast area and back door direclty onto the garden, dining room, sitting room;
